Vi søger en engageret og strategisk tænkende Corporate Communication Manager, der kan udbygge vores omdømme og fortælle vores mange gode historier på tværs af platforme. Du vil spille en vigtig rolle i at sikre, at vores kommunikation er troværdig, rettidig og i overensstemmelse lovgivnings- og rapporteringskrav.

I rollen som Corporate Communication Manager kan du se frem til en hverdag, hvor ikke to dage er ens. Du vil skulle navigere mellem lokale og internationale opgaver, hvor du på den ene side arbejder tæt sammen med lokale teams og den danske ledelse og på den anden side være en del af koncernens Group Brand & Communication-funktion.

Du trives med hands-on opgaver og er komfortabel med at arbejde i en koncern, hvor tempoet er højt, og beslutninger ofte træffes hurtigt. Du er god til at prioritere og tilpasse dig nye situationer og forstår at bevare overblikket – også når opgaverne er mange og forskelligartede.

Du vil blive en del af en organisation med en stærk samarbejdskultur, hvor din evne til at skabe relationer og kommunikere klart på tværs af roller, funktioner og markeder bliver en nøgle til succes.

Ansvarsområder og opgaver

Intern og ekstern kommunikation

  • Ansvarlig for ekstern og intern kommunikation i Heimstaden Danmark.
  • Co-create eksterne og interne budskaber i samarbejde med relevante funktioner i Danmark - i tråd med koncernens strategiske retning.
  • Du indgår som en del af Brand & Communications teamet på koncernniveau, og vil drive tværfunktionelle kommunikationsinitiativer og projekter på tværs af markeder.
  • Udvikle pressemeddelelser og PR-pitches til proaktiv medieplacering i danske medier.
  • Støtte talspersoner med medietræning og assistere deltagere ved events.
  • Beskytte brandets integritet og sikre brandalignment på tværs af lokale funktioner.
  • Samarbejde med vores Marketings Manager om, at marketingstrategier i overensstemmelse med koncernens kommercielle mål.
  • Drive lokale initiativer i overensstemmelse med koncernens retningslinjer og håndtere budgetter lokalt.

Rapportering & budgettering

  • Udarbejde månedlige rapporter om highlights inden for marketing, kommunikation, medieomtale, social bæredygtighed og public affairs.
  • Samarbejde med Country Manager og Group Director B&C om årlig budgetlægning i landet.
  • Overvåge medier og politiske emner for at identificere potentielle risici og muligheder og rapportere til Country Manager og Group Director B&C.
  • Bidrage til vores public affairs arbejde i Danmark indenfor strategiske centrale emner for vores virksomhed.

Vi søger dig, der har:

  • Relevant uddannelse inden for kommunikation, PR eller journalistik.
  • Minimum 5 års erfaring med corporate kommunikation, PR og branding – gerne i en international virksomhed.
  • Stærke skriftlige og mundtlige kommunikationsevner på både dansk og engelsk.
  • Erfaring med krisekommunikation og mediehåndtering.
  • Gode samarbejdsevner og evnen til at navigere i en international matrixorganisation.
  • En struktureret og strategisk tilgang til kommunikationsarbejde.
