What you'll be doingPosition Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Success Executive to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our clients' success and satisfaction with our product. As the primary point of contact for your portfolio of customers, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships, driving engagement, and proactively identifying opportunities to deliver value.
You will be part of our Customer Success team and report directly to the Customer Success Team Lead, collaborating closely with colleagues across functions to continuously enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as primary point of contact for DK customers.
- Become an expert in our Product.
- Establish and maintain productive, long-term relationships with clients.
- Driving retention and revenue growth across your portfolio of customers.
- Understand and anticipate client needs and goals, and proactively provide solutions and guidance.
- Monitor and analyze customer usage data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Gather client feedback and work closely with our product and development teams to enhance our offerings.
- Track and report on key customer success metrics.
- Help create documentation for best practices and be an active part in developing the Customer Success Team.
- You love talking to customers
- Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for ensuring client satisfaction.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other customer success tools.
- Fluent in Danish and English since you will manage customers in both markets.
- The ability to work independently and be proactive.
- The ability to work in a dynamic environment with a lot of changes.
- A supportive and collaborative work environment.
