IT Project Manager – Data Integration and Cloud Solutions for Vitrolife

On behalf of our customer, Vitrolife who is a global provider of medical devices and genetic services for the IVF business, we are searching for an ambitious and skilled Senior IT Project Manager in their R&D department.

About the position

As an IT Project Manager at Vitrolife, you will lead and oversee projects focused on integrating data systems and implementing cloud-based solutions. Your role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project scopes, establish timelines, and ensure successful delivery. You will be responsible for managing resources, mitigating risks, and communicating with stakeholders. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential for driving project success.

Main responsibilities

  • Take responsibility to ensure project progress according to agreed deadlines, cost, and quality.
  • Facilitate and nurture strong team culture ensuring commitment, energy, and value creation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on prioritization of changes.
  • Coordinate documenting progress, learnings, and actions.

About you

  • 2+ years of experience in IT project management.
  • Proficient in Agile development (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to manage expectations and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with data integration methods and tools, especially for connecting disparate systems. Knowledge of Azure services and cloud architecture is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication for clear updates and documentation.
  • Risk Management: Ability to identify and mitigate project risks effectively.
  • Academic degree within IT, Economics & Business Administration, Computer Science, or similar.
  • Fluent in English (oral and written). Proficient in Danish (primarily oral).
