The role
We’re looking for a RevOps Manager to establish and build out the RevOps capabilities at Electricity Maps This role will be foundational in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our go-to-market operations, and by extension, reaching our ambitious growth goals. You will be responsible for the processes and tools needed to optimize sales and marketing productivity, analyze performance, and contribute to revenue growth.
You will report to the Chief Operating Officer and day-to-day work closely with the go-to-market team, which includes sales, marketing, and product specialists.
The role is based in Copenhagen, one of the most beautiful andlive-able cities in the world.
Your responsibilities:
- Build out the Revenue Operations Function: Develop the foundational processes, tools, and best practices for Revenue Operations within the company, setting the stage for long-term success and scalability.
- Sales Process Optimization: Create and refine sales processes, ensure efficient CRM utilization, and design workflows that drive performance, productivity, and accountability.
- Data Management & Reporting: Design and implement a robust reporting system for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), pipeline health, and overall revenue metrics. Provide actionable insights to the sales team and leadership team.
- Revenue Strategy: Help define and execute on how we reach our revenue goals, optimize lead management, and support go-to-market strategies through data-driven decision-making.
- CRM Management: Lead the optimization and management of our CRM system to ensure accurate data tracking, reporting, and integration with other systems. We currently use Pipedrive but may decide to migrate to another CRM in the near future, which would be a project you lead.
- Sales Forecasting & Planning: Implement forecasting models and processes to improve accuracy in revenue predictions, sales pipeline management, and resource planning.
- Compensation & Incentives: Administer our sales compensation and incentive plans, ensuring that they are aligned with company objectives, drive the right behaviors, and correctly reward performance.
To be successful in this role, you have: - Experience: 3-5 years in a sales or revenue operations role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment. Previous experience with enterprise sales or working in a high-growth startup is a strong advantage.
- Education: At least a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or IT-related fields.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Pipedrive, HubSpot, or Salesforce), and expert-level Excel or Google Sheets skills. Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) is an advantage.
- Analytical Mindset: Proven track record of analyzing complex data, identifying trends, and providing data-driven insights that support sales and revenue growth.
- Builder Mentality: Self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and excited about creating processes from scratch in a rapidly evolving environment.
- Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate data insights and process improvements across different teams and senior leadership.
- Attention to Detail: Rigorous approach to data accuracy and process integrity to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Compensation & Benefits:
- The salary for this role is 45,000 DKK gross per month
