The Position

  • Provide professional executive support to the Senior Vice President (SVP) including secretarial work and administrative tasks to align with business priorities
  • Organize headquarters/office visits and external events to ensure effective and professional outcomes
  • Prepare and coordinate SVP meetings and off-site gatherings
  • Responsible for translation tasks for the SVP
  • Maintain an efficient and professional SVP office, handling multiple assigned tasks
  • Execute ad hoc requests from the SVP and the SVP office

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a Multinational company
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in simultaneous translation
  • Solid computer skills and understanding of company policies
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to work well in a team
  • Adaptability to change and working independently
  • Professionalism, good judgment, initiative, and ability to multitask under pressure
  • Enjoy providing executive support with strong administrative skills
