Your Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with marketing and content teams to drive initiatives that resonate with the community
  • Analyze community interactions and provide insights to refine engagement strategies
  • Stay abreast of community trends and adapt approaches as needed
Requirements
  • Fluency in at least one Nordic language (Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, or Finnish) and English is essential
  • Proven experience in community management or a similar role
  • Strong passion for online communities and social media dynamics
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and proactive mindset
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a remote environment
  • Willingness to embrace the opportunity of working remotely from Greece
