DTU's centrale arbejdsmiljø- og beredskabsfunktion (CAS AB) i Kgs. Lyngby søger en dygtig og dedikeret person, der kan varetage arbejdsmiljøledelse i forhold til vores byggeprojekt portefølje i Campus Service (CAS).

DTU har 13.500 studerende og 6.000 ansatte, der udfolder sig i faciliteter på tværs af en lang række lokaliteter i Danmark og Grønland. Vores over 600.000 m² dækker over en meget varieret bygningsmasse, der rummer alt fra kontorer og auditorier, til state-of-the-art laboratorier, vindtunnel, lyddøde rum mv.

I rollen som Health and Safety Manager for byggeprojekter har du ansvar for at støtte og vejlede projektledere i projekterings-, bygge- og idriftsættelsesfaser i forhold til sikkerheds- og sundhedsmæssige aspekter indenfor bygge- og anlægsområdet. Derudover vil du også arbejde med at rammesætte og skabe organisatorisk arbejdsmiljømæssig kapacitetsopbygning i forhold til vores projektorganisation.

Dine opgaver vil typisk udføres i samarbejde med projektledere, og herudover vil du skulle samarbejde med mange forskellige interessenter på tværs af hele DTU, samt med eksterne rådgivere, arkitekter og entreprenører.

Opgaver og ansvarsområde

  • Koordinering og rådgivning af sikkerheds- og sundhedsarbejdet i alle projektfaser for nybyggerier og renoveringsprojekter.
  • Bistå arbejdsmiljøkoordinatorer med valg af løsninger ift. eksisterende brugermasse, logistik, procesoptimering, planlægning af byggepladsplaceringer og overordnet indretninger.
  • Arbejde strategisk og rammesættende med et højt fagligt niveau, samt kommentering på projekter ift. arbejdsmiljø, drift mm.
  • Kunne tilgå og varetage relevant myndighedsbetjening, samt understøtte at gældende lovgivning følges.
  • Indgå i tværorganisatorisk samarbejde om at optimere trafikal logistik og løsninger på vores campusser både på operationelt og strategisk niveau.
  • Løbende rapportering ift. nær ved hændelser og ulykker, samt vedligeholde og udvikle paradigmer vedrørende arbejdsmiljø.

Faglig uddannelse og erfaring
  • Uddannelsesmæssig baggrund kan være bygningskonstruktør, ingeniør eller maskinmester - anden uddannelse kan også være relevant.
  • Du er formentlig uddannet arbejdsmiljøkoordinator og har erfaring med arbejdsmiljøledelse/-koordinering i alle projektfaser.
  • Du må gerne have ledelseserfaring, samt erfaring i koordinering mellem flere byggeprojekter samtidig.
  • God til kommunikation og formidling, både mundtligt og skriftligt (dansk og engelsk).
  • Erfaring med håndtering af pludseligt opstået hændelser, herunder koordinering i forhold til interne interessenter samt med myndigheder.

Organisatorisk placering
Sektionen for Arbejdsmiljø og Beredskab, Campus Service, med primær fokus på at understøtte projektorganisationen.

Løn og ansættelsesvilkår
Løn og ansættelsesvilkår i henhold til overenskomst for akademikere i staten eller anden relevant overenskomst. Stillingen er på 37 timer og til besættelse snarest muligt.

Arbejdssted er DTU Lyngby Campus.
