We are seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant, Team Lead, or Project Manager to join a leading consumer goods client in Denmark on a long-term freelance contract . This is a hands-on role within a major 18–24-month Oracle HCM Cloud project .

Location: Hybrid (Skanderborg, Denmark – 1 day onsite, 4 days remote per week)

Duration: 6 months initial (extensions expected)

Rate: Flexible, based on experience

Contract: Freelance (B2B)

About the Role

As an Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant / Team Lead , you will play a key role in leading, managing, and implementing Oracle HCM Cloud solutions . You will work closely with stakeholders to drive project success , ensuring smooth integration and functionality within the business.

Key responsibilities include:

• Hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and project leadership
• Expertise in Oracle Compensation module and broader HCM Cloud functionalities
• Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure best practices and efficient workflows
• Providing strategic direction and hands-on technical execution
• Managing team deliverables and ensuring alignment with business objectives

Key Requirements

• 6+ years' experience in Oracle HCM Cloud
• Expertise in Oracle Compensation module
• Fluency in Danish and English (essential)
• Ability to be onsite in Skanderborg (1–2 days per week)
