Are you our new Marketing Manager?

We are a digital agency located in Østerbro in Copenhagen and are looking for an enterprising and self-driven marketing manager who can take responsibility for developing, coordinating and executing our own marketing strategy. You will be part of a dynamic team where we combine high professionalism with an informal culture.

Your responsibilities

As our new marketing manager, you'll play a central role in making sure that:

  • Develop our marketing strategy in collaboration with our commercial team/director and execute it.
  • Ensure a steady influx of qualified leads.
  • Optimize our marketing efforts continuously.
  • Plan, coordinate and drive marketing activities in collaboration with our commercial team and specialists.
  • Develop, execute and implement content strategies that strengthen our positioning and branding.
  • Ensure a coherent marketing and sales process via HubSpot and other relevant tools.
  • Create engaging content for our website, LinkedIn, email marketing, trade media and more.
We are looking for a profile that:
  • Has solid experience in communication and B2B marketing.
  • Experience with HubSpot and marketing automation.
  • Have skills in content marketing and lead generation.
  • Understands the interaction between marketing and sales and can bridge the gap between departments.
  • Structured and strategic thinker with an executional approach.
  • Used to taking initiative, responsibility and running your own projects.
  • Experience leveraging Generative AI and digital tools to optimize and streamline marketing efforts.

It is an advantage, but not a requirement, to have:

  • Experience with video production, podcasting, social media and email marketing.
  • Experience from a similar agency.
