Then we have a unique opportunity for you in our Clinical Performance Team in our R&D department In our group, we focus on evaluating clinical test data, configuring and testing hearing aids and connectivity products, and preparing audiological tests in our sound studios. Your primary job will be focused on developing and maintaining our sound studios.

As a Sound Studio Technician, you will collaborate closely with highly skilled colleagues, including those who develop and maintain our test automation framework, as well as audiological experts. The position is part time with a presence onsite every day.
You can expect the following responsibilities in your new role:
- Daily support and maintenance of sound studios
- Setting up sound studios for diverse scenarios
- Together with your team making sure that our sound studios are on par with development and support best in class hearing solutions
- Be the go-to technical support for all users of sound studios
- Provide support for demos and input for future development of sound studios
Your new position is based at headquarter in Smørum, Denmark, where you’ll be part of a cross-functional team highly competent in developing test methods and providing technical support of audiologists, researchers and developers. The team and the sound studio technician role are crucial to the department, offering considerable autonomy with strong support from stakeholders. We have an informal work environment where you will be included in daily decisions and where your input is valued and encouraged.
About you- You have experience with audio hardware and sound studio installations for playback and recording, specifically Pro Tools, Avid MTRX interfaces, Dante, MADI interfaces and is experienced with working with audio hardware on both Apple and Windows platforms. You are eager to put these skills to use in a diverse and friendly environment.
- Experienced with designing and dimensioning requirements for sound studio HW, including budgeting and purchasing of equipment.
- Experienced in troubleshooting of audio equipment, support-oriented in finding error sources and solving problems often with short notice and daily.
- Sound production experience (not necessarily music) and setting up various real-world sound environments within Pro Tools with loudspeaker arrays.
- You have excellent communication and teamwork skills, that allows you to work effectively with developers, audiologists, internal service team, and other stakeholders.
- A tonemester-degree or other relevant audio engineering degree or experience with sound production from broadcast, concert venues, theatres, etc.
