Vi søger en engageret kollega til vores Arla Spaces team i Viby J, Aarhus, hvor æstetik, bæredygtighed og arkitektonisk kvalitet er i fokus. Vores team har ansvaret for Arlas kontorlokationer og sammen spiller vi en central rolle i at skabe inspirerende og funktionelle rum, der afspejler Arlas identitet og fremmer vores vision.

På grund af travlhed og byggeaktiviteter på tværs af vores mange lokationer i ind- og udland søger vi en ny kollega, der kan tilføre yderligere kompetencer til teamet i rollen som projektleder. Du vil referere til vores Director for Arla Global Facility og få arbejdssted på vores hovedkontor i Aarhus.

I denne rolle vil du være ansvarlig for at sikre, at vores bygge- og indretningsprojekter ikke kun er funktionelle, men også æstetisk tiltalende. Du skal have interessen i at skabe sammenhæng mellem funktion og rum, form, farver og materialer og dermed skabe god arkitektur for vores medarbejdere. Dit arbejde skal resultere i indretninger og kontorarbejdspladser, der ikke kun tiltrækker talent, men også udvikler Arlas identitet, vision og genkendelighed, uanset hvor i verden kontoret er.

  • Lede og monitorere byggeprojekter på tværs af flere lokationer, med særligt fokus på at integrere æstetiske og arkitektoniske elementer i projektspecifikationerne fra start til slut.
  • Arbejde både selvstændigt og som en del af et team med globale projekter, hvor din arkitektoniske ekspertise sikrer harmonien mellem funktionalitet og æstetik.
  • Koordinere med eksterne rådgivere, entreprenører og interne interessenter for at sikre, at Arlas Visual Corporate Identity og æstetiske standarder overholdes.

Du har 6-8 års erfaring som projektleder og arkitekt, med en stærk baggrund i æstetisk design og en dyb forståelse for både nybyggeri og ombygning, hvor bæredygtighed er en drivende faktor.

Du er en dygtig projektleder med evne til at håndtere flere projekter samtidig, med en stærk sans for æstetik og detalje. Du sætter en ære i det solide håndværk og at indgå i ligeværdige partnerskaber samt at tilføre alle projekter – små som store – den nødvendige omhu.

Du har en naturlig evne til at samarbejde på tværs af funktioner og du formår at formidle visioner og koncepter effektivt til forskellige stakeholders.

Du er en erfaren bruger af Microsoft Office-pakken og har stærke færdigheder i Revit, Rhino, Photoshop og lignende software, som understøtter din kreative proces.
