What you will do
As our new IT Consultant, based in our head office in Hørsholm, you will report to the Head of Delivery Excellence. You will have a unique opportunity to provide impact and support the development and execution of our IT strategy within the Digital Delivery organization. Depending on your motivation and skills, you will also have the opportunity to manage high-profile IT projects over time.
You will get to work with a highly skilled team to influence and drive ways of working and our strategic priorities.
As IT Transformation Consultant, you will spearhead a selection of activities and interact directly with colleagues across levels within the IT & Digital Enablement (IT&DE) organization as well as the business.
More specifically, you will
- Lead initiatives to enhance ways of working
- Mature IT portfolio management processes across the Digital Delivery Leadership Team
- Apply strategic thinking to optimize processes and collaboration within the IT organization and with the business
- Own and drive selected IT strategy topics within the Digital Delivery organization
- Support change and communication initiatives to ensure IT strategy initiatives are well-anchored across the organization
- Assist in defining transformation roadmaps and key performance indicators for digital delivery initiatives
- Develop communication material for senior stakeholders and help fostering the right conversations in this forum
Your qualifications
We imagine that you possess exemplary problem-solving skills, demonstrating an ability to identify and interpret intricate issues and devise effective solutions. Advanced communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial for conveying technical information to diverse audiences.
Moreover, you bring:
- Consulting background in IT or management consulting
- Experience with IT governance, portfolio management, or IT transformation
- Knowledge of IT strategy and governance frameworks
- Project management skills to coordinate and prioritize initiatives
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with an understanding of tailoring messages to suit the audience
- Possess a well-equipped project management toolbox and great presentation skills
- Professional-level English proficiency
