We are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Chargehand to join our team. This is a full-time permanent role that will be predominantly based in Denmark.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate a team on site.
• Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and to the required standard.
• Complete mechanical takeoffs for quantities.
• Deliver performance in line with the project schedule.
• Control mechanical plant and materials required for your team to complete works.
• Forward plan for resources and labour allocation for site activities.
• Manage, including hands-on work for all mechanical installations.
• Work closely with all project teams to ensure the schedule is being followed and excellent service delivery.

Skills & Education Required

• At least 3 years' experience in a similar role.
• Mechanical Trade Qualification.
• Demonstrated capability in construction delivery.
• Exceptional time management skills for prioritising workload and meeting strict deadlines.
• QHSE knowledge.
