Trial Manager

We are seeking an experienced and driven Trial Manager to lead our end-to-end trial management process. This role will be responsible for enhancing trial conversions, improving user engagement, and optimizing the onboarding experience, all while ensuring seamless collaboration with Account Executives (AEs). The ideal candidate will possess a strong customer-centric mindset, expertise in product functionality , and a commitment to driving revenue growth through effective trial management.

Your key responsibilities:

• End-to-End Trial Management : Manage the entire trial lifecycle from handoff to conversion. Own the trial process to ensure a high-impact experience for potential customers.
• User Onboarding and Engagement : Guide trial users through onboarding, training, and continuous support. Help users understand the platform's value, improving engagement and satisfaction.
• Expansion Opportunities : Identify and pursue opportunities to expand trials where beneficial, optimizing the trial experience to attract high-quality conversions at higher contract values.
• Product Expertise for Customers and AEs : Serve as a key product resource for both trial users and internal teams, addressing complex questions and supporting Account Executives in delivering a smooth, value-driven experience.

• Structured and Detail-Oriented Mindset : Ability to manage and optimize the entire trial process with precision, ensuring no steps are overlooked and every trial runs smoothly from start to finish.
• Proactive Problem-Solver : Skilled in anticipating customer needs and addressing potential challenges before they arise, creating a proactive and supportive trial environment.
• Clear Communicator : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey product value and guide users effectively, making complex product features easy to understand.
• Collaborative Team Player : Experience working closely with Account Executives and cross-functional teams, fostering a cohesive approach to supporting trial users and driving conversions.
• Metrics-Driven Focus : Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret trial metrics, using data to continuously improve trial experiences and conversion rates.
