Rollen som Project Manager byder blandt andet på følgende arbejdsopgaver:

Som en del af vores team vil du have en central rolle som den primære kontakt til vores kunder på egne projekter. Din opgave vil være at håndtere små og mellemstore byggeprojekter med fokus på energioptimeringsprojekter. Du vil få mulighed for at arbejde med en bred vifte af projekter, herunder office fit-outs, pharma, tekniske installationer, retail og ESG-målsætninger.

De 3 primære opgaver:

  • Projektstyring herunder ESG projekter – Administration og dokumentation
  • Stakeholder kommunikation – tredjepart, kunde, kollegaer og andre
  • Salg / Account visits – presale

Kompetencer:

  • Projektledelse
  • Kommunikation – relationsskabende og samarbejde
  • Godt købmandskab – Forstår at se løsninger til gavn for kunderne og CBRE

De forventede milepæle for dit første halve år som Project Manager hos CBRE:

Første måned: Du har taget ansvaret for gennemførelsen af mindst 1 projekt – Du forstår kunden og ved hvordan du skal kommunikere med denne. – Du er begyndt at forstå CBRE’s processer og systemer.

3 måneder: Du leverer nu på flere projekter – Du forstår vores ESG-koncepter, så du kan dele ud af din viden internt og hos kunderne.

6 måneder: Du er fuldt integreret i CBRE. – Du forstår at møde vores kunder med vores kompetencer, så de kan se værdien CBRE skaber – Du udvikler videre på ESG-koncepter.

Som Project Manager vil du få ansvar for egne projekter og en fri rolle til at gennemføre projekterne, som det passer dig bedst. Det forventes af dig, at du kan eksekvere projekterne, og ved hvornår du skal række ud efter hjælp.
