I din dagligdag vil du have kontakt med mange personer – både med kollegaer, andre divisioner og leverandører.

Bliv en central figur indenfor vores CRM-løsning
Du vil som CRM Solution Architect få ansvaret for applikationsstrukturen på vores CRM-platform, og dertil være en central figur i at sikre at CRM-løsningen er til gavn på tværs af Norlys Energi.

Fokus på løsningsarkitektur, design, analyse, systemtilpasning og integrationer i CRM-platformen fungerer på tværs af forretningens samlede applikationsportefølje, vil blive omdrejningspunktet for din arbejdsdag. Opgaven vil være i tæt dialog og samarbejde med både resten af teamet, andre divisioner og leverandører.

Dine primære opgaver vil være:

  • Drive og dokumentere løsningsarkitekturen af de samlede CRM-løsninger
  • Sikring af rutiner, processer og driftsoptimeringer på tværs af applikationer
  • Sikre CRM-løsninger og services passer ind i det samlede systemlandskab og enterprise arkitektur
  • At applikationsstrukturen udvikles som redskab til at sikre sammenhæng mellem forretning og it-løsninger i et stort og komplekst område
  • Overvågning af IT- og CRM-løsninger og services

Relationsskabende og bred systemforståelse
Som person tør du stille de kritiske spørgsmål og er relationsskabende med en positiv indstilling til at prøve- og lære nyt. Samtidig er du kvalitetsbevidst og god til at sikre struktur og prioritering i din opgaveløsning, så deadlines overholdes. Du motiveres af at opnå resultater sammen med dine kolleger og trives i et travlt miljø med mange forskelligartede opgaver. Du har gennemslagskraft og kommunikerer tydeligt både mundtligt og skriftligt. Samt er du god til at overskue og sætte dig ind i komplekse IT-systemsammenhænge. Sidst er det vigtigt, at du har et godt humør og har lyst til at blive en del af et velbalanceret team af ledere og specialister, hvor du tager ansvar for at opretholde et godt samarbejde på tværs.

Vi forestiller os, at du har erfaring med CRM og moderne arkitektur principper, herunder composable architecture, event-driven architecture og domain driven design. Dertil skal du kunne begå dig professionelt på både dansk og engelsk i skrift og tale. Det er en fordel, men ikke et krav, at du har viden om energisektoren.
