The Medical Advisor for Radiometer is responsible for driving key internal and external medical and scientific activities to support our current portfolio and shape future development in acute care diagnostics.

You will be responsible for driving medical input to commercial activities, identification, and networking with key external experts, planning, and execution of advisory boards and cooperation with experts inside Radiometer on key strategic projects.

You will be a part of the Medical Affairs (MA) team in the Clinical & Medical Affairs (C&MA) department and report to the Associate Director, Medical Affairs.

This position is part of the Medical Affairs department located in Brønshøj, Denmark and will be an on-site position.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Use your scientific and clinical knowledge to create scientific content and material and scientific support to sales, marketing, and R&D.
  • Support pro- and reactive customer interactions by sharing and creating medical, scientific, and clinical insights.
  • Establish relations and network with health care professionals and key external experts worldwide including bringing medical insights to our clinical studies and research collaborations.
  • Identify & analyze unmet patient needs and bring this knowledge into all phases of product development.
  • Execute on the C&MA and company strategy and bring scientific input to cross-functional projects.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • MD, MsC and/or PhD within health or life sciences
  • 2-3 years of Medical Affairs experience from the MedTech or pharmaceutical industry
  • You master effective communication in English both verbally and in writing.
  • You can work both independently and in cross-functional teams.
  • You have strong analytical skills and are structured & organized.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Experience with point-of-care (PoC) diagnostics, in-vitro diagnostics (including immunoassay technology) or medical devices will be considered a strong asset for this position.
  • Clinical or research experience within acute care, intensive care, infectious diseases, or clinical biochemistry will be considered a strong asset for this position.

The position is full-time and on-site, based in Brønshøj, Copenhagen. 5-10% travel per year is expected, to cover international congresses and project meetings.
