Du bliver en del af vores External Sourcing & Contract Management team, der har ansvaret for strategisk indkøb og Contract Management. Vores team er sammensat af pt. 10 kollegaer med forskellige faglige baggrunde, og vi ønsker nu at styrke teamet yderligere.

Strategisk indkøb & Contract Management i Elnetselskabet N1
Hos Elnetselskabet N1 driver vi strategisk indkøb og Contract Management for de varer og ydelser, der er nødvendige for at drifte og udbygge elnettet samt sikre den grønne omstilling via tilslutning af bl.a. vindmøller, solceller og ladestandere til elnettet. Som Contract Manager er du bindeleddet mellem den håndværksmæssige udførelse og det strategiske / administrative arbejde. Du vil arbejde tæt sammen med både interne og eksterne interessenter for at sikre, at vores kontrakter bliver udført effektivt og problemfrit. Derudover vil du medvirke til udviklingen og gennemførelsen af indkøbsstrategier inden for specifikke områder og kategorier.

Dine primære arbejdsopgaver

  • Opfølgning og vedligeholdelse af kontrakter
  • Deltagelse i leverandørmøder og kontraktforhandlinger
  • Opfølgning på leverandør performance
  • Intern rådgivning i brug af kontrakterne
  • Proaktiv anvendelse af kontrakterne for optimal udnyttelse
  • Igangsætte tvistforebyggende indsatser
  • Udarbejdelse og vedligeholdelse af skabeloner, vejledninger mv.
  • Strategisk leverandørstyring og leverandørudvikling
  • Stakeholder management
  • Projektledelse i forbindelse med indkøbs- og udbudsprocesser
  • Udarbejdelse af tekniske kravspecifikationer
  • Udarbejdelse af kategoristrategi samt styr på masterdata
  • Diverse opgaver af administrativ karakter

Du er dygtig til at ressourceafstemme, italesætte problemstillinger og lede møder med fokus på konfliktløsning og forhandlinger. Med et strategisk perspektiv og projektledelses-mindset kan du nøje afveje risici. Som menneskekender er du drevet af at skabe varige relationer, og du er en praktisk holdspiller, der ser værdien i samarbejde og praktisk udøver det.

Der kan være flere indgange til stillingen. Enten har du et stærkt juridisk afsæt med en akademisk uddannelse kombineret med et par års relevant arbejdserfaring. Alternativt har du en håndværksmæssig baggrund, som du senere har udbygget med kontraktuelle eller juridiske kompetencer, og du ønsker at bygge videre på den interesse. Erfaring med anlægsarbejde, udbud, ARBR18, AB18 og / eller entrepriseret er en fordel. Hos os træder du ind i en bred rolle med en afvekslende hverdag, hvor opgaverne varierer i alt lige fra udarbejdelse og optimering af standardkontrakter, forhandling og kontraktstyring til opretholdelse af interne og eksterne relationer.
