You will get the chance to:

  1. Design and conduct exploratory research studies using various methodologies, including in-depth interviews, contextual inquiries, and ethnographic research.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop comprehensive research briefs that clearly outline goals and expected outcomes.
  3. Leverage our in-house research panel to recruit and engage with diverse participants from around the world.
  4. Utilize behavior analytics tools like Hotjar to analyze user behavior and identify areas for further exploration.
  5. Plan and facilitate unmoderated research studies using tools such as Maze for concept testing, card sorting, and tree testing.
  6. Conduct moderated research sessions, including in-depth interviews and contextual interviews, to gain deeper insights into user needs and expectations.
  7. Create and deploy surveys to quantitatively validate qualitative research findings.
  8. Analyze both qualitative and quantitative data to identify patterns, trends, and key insights.
  9. Interpret complex data sets and present findings in a clear, actionable manner.
  10. Create clear, compelling research reports that effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  11. Contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of our research operations, including templates and standardization of research processes.
  12. Stay up-to-date with the latest UX research methodologies and best practices.

What will help you succeed:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Anthropology, or a related field.
  2. 3+ years of experience in UX research, preferably in a B2B environment.
  3. Strong expertise in qualitative research methods, including interviewing techniques and ethnographic research.
  4. Experience designing and analyzing quantitative surveys to validate qualitative findings.
  5. Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools for interpreting and presenting research data.
  6. Experience with unmoderated research tools and methodologies.
  7. Familiarity with behavior analytics tools and data analysis.
  8. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings in a clear and compelling manner.
  9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  10. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  11. Experience with GDPR and data privacy considerations in research is a plus.
