Derfor søger vi en Senior Finance Business Partner, der kan støtte de forskellige afdelinger og strategiske projekter samt fungere som rådgiver for forretningen, hvor dyb forståelse af data, finansielle analyser, og strategi er central.

Kan du kombinere dataanalyse og forretningsforståelse til at træffe beslutninger på et højt strategisk niveau, og er du god til at kommunikere på tværs af interessenter, så har du her en særlig mulighed for at blive en central del af forretningen, med kort afstand til den øverste ledelse.

Dit team

Du bliver den primære Finance Business Partner i et team af 2 Business Partnere med tæt daglig sparring med forretningen og en masse engagerede kollegaer i resten af Nuuday Finans.

I hverdagen arbejder vi fokuseret på altid at supportere med troværdighed og kvalitet. Vi deler viden og erfaringer på tværs for at sikre effektive processer og standardisering og skaber værdi ved at bruge denne viden til at udfordre forretningen.

Vi har flere fællesarrangementer, fredagsbar og andre sociale events for at sikre fællesskab på tværs af både finans og brands.

Vores team indgår i en større finansorganisation med klart definerede kompetencecentre, der giver mulighed for mobilitet samt at vokse og specialisere sig inden for nye faglige områder.

Som Senior Finance Business Partner vil dine vigtigste opgaver være:

  • Den primære finanspartner inden for flere områder, herunder udarbejdelse af budgetter, månedlige regnskabsluk, analyser og business cases sammen med CEO’en
  • Den primære finanspartner for projektledere på strategiske transformationsprojekter
  • Kommunikation til ledelse og bestyrelse omkring udvikling i finansiel performance og digitalisering
  • Løbende økonomistyring og optimering af forretningsgange og projekter, herunder sikre at investeringer og ressourcer prioriteres optimalt

Hvem er du?

Vi søger en kandidat med 5+ års erfaring inden for Business Partnering, der kan arbejde fokuseret og have styr på flere opgaver og projekter på én gang. Du er struktureret, metodisk og kan kommunikere tal og komplekse resultater klart til interessenter og samarbejdspartnere. Du har en generel forståelse for processer og styring af en større virksomhed og en god regnskabsmæssig forståelse. Du har erfaring med modellering af business cases og budgetter og arbejder godt sammen med kollegaer på alle niveauer og på tværs af faglig baggrund. Af uddannelse er du Cand. Merc., Cand. Oecon, Cand. Polit eller tilsvarende.
