Partner Solution Architect

Role OverviewAs a Partner Solution Architect, you’ll be the bridge between our partners and our technology stack. Your mission? To empower developers, foster innovation, and elevate our ecosystem.
You’ll work closely with our partners and our Product Development team, providing technical guidance, training, and architectural insights. If you’re a tech enthusiast who loves to explore new tools, frameworks, and languages, this role is tailor-made for you.
Responsibilities- Technical Evangelism
- Inspire: Engage with our partners, evangelizing our web-based tech stack. From C# to HTML/CSS/JS, you’ll ignite curiosity and excitement.
- Educate: Conduct workshops, webinars, and hackathons. Share best practices, tips, and tricks.
- Advocate: Champion our tech stack at conferences, meetups, and online forums.
- Consult: Collaborate with partners on architecture design. Help them build scalable, efficient, and robust solutions.
- Problem-Solve: Dive deep into headless architectures. Guide partners through microservices, APIs, and serverless paradigms.
- Stay Current: Be on the radar for emerging technologies. Explore bleeding-edge trends and assess their relevance for our ecosystem.
- Community Building
- Connect: Cultivate relationships with developers across our partner network. Understand their pain points and aspirations.
- Feedback Loop: Gather insights from the field. Relay partner feedback to our product and engineering teams.
- Code Together: Pair program with partners. Debug, optimize, and celebrate wins together.
- Familiarity with headless architectures and RESTful APIs.
- Passion for exploring new languages and frameworks.
- Articulate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Engage in lively discussions without losing sight of the bigger picture.
- Curious minds thrive here. Be hungry for knowledge and open to learning.
- Empathize with developers’ challenges and celebrate their victories.
- Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams- product, services, and support.
- Embrace feedback and iterate.
You might come from a position as Lead Developer or Solution Architect, and preferably from the eCommerce business. If you are passionate about technology, enjoy working with partners, and are eager to contribute to the success of our dynamic team, we want to hear from you
