Junior Demand Planner

This Junior Demand Planner position in Hartmann’s European Supply Chain Organization is a newly created position, where you will have an important role in the S&OP team. You will have the opportunity to dig deep into analysis, asking the right questions and support the organization with the forecasting.Your key responsibilities are:

• Data collection and analysis – gather and compile historical sales data & market trends, and assist in the analysis to forecast demand
• Forecasting support – contribute to the creation of demand forecasts, maintain and update forecasting tools and databases
• Customer and stakeholder engagement – responsible for own accounts and maintain S&OP level
• Reporting – prepare regular demand planning reports and summaries
• Documentation – maintain documentation of demand planning processes and procedures
• Process improvement – support improving demand planning processes
• Support Senior Planners – assisting with various tasks

About you
You are the person who are driven by looking into and analyzing data and are striving for continuous improvement initiatives to increase forecast accuracy and efficiency.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A bachelor’s degree in supply chain, or a related field
• Experience from a similar role will be fine, but it could also be your first job after your study
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Fluency in English and German or in French
• Analytical skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Drive and curiosity – want to engage and be an active participant in the S&OP projects
