About the job
As a Sales Executive in our certification area, you will be an important link between customers, the customer center, and the rest of the organization.

You will be part of a sales department currently consisting of 6 people. Together with a team of skilled colleagues, you will leverage your desire to work with customers and your high level of expertise to ensure optimal solutions.

Your primary tasks will include:

  • Contributing to the development and implementation of an ambitious sales strategy
  • Creating and executing sales at a strategic level with customers
  • Booking and holding meetings with customers across Denmark
  • Sales and guidance - including technical clarification
  • Dialogue with the delivery organization and customer center regarding requirements and scope for new customers
  • Proactive follow-up on sent offers
  • In collaboration with marketing, create lead-generating initiatives
  • Ongoing updating of data in the CRM system (Salesforce)

You will also continuously build and update your knowledge to keep it current with standards and the market concerning our important business areas, which include:

  • Certification, consulting, and courses in: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, FSSC 22000, CO2 verification, etc.

You will report to Henrik Daugbjerg-Pedersen, Director of Sales, Compliance & Product Testing.

Your profile
Sales, high professionalism, and integrity go hand in hand for you. You have solid insight into the certification of management systems and therefore understand customers' needs for certification, which you translate into offers and agreements for our services.

With your communication and negotiation skills, your insight into the business area, and not least your customer focus, you create trust-based relationships with new customers, ranging from small businesses to large global industrial companies.

To succeed in this role, it is also important that you:

  • Are proactive and dedicated regarding customers, tasks, and collegiality
  • Have a digital mindset and a structured approach; we use Salesforce as our CRM system and MS Office
  • Communicate fluently in Danish and English in both writing and speech
  • Are a good colleague who contributes to a positive work environment throughout the organization
