Om stillingen
Som Production Planner vil dit primære ansvar være at varetage den daglige planlægning af produktionen og kommunikere denne plan for at sikre en transparent og pålidelig produktionsplan. Du kan forvente, at dine primære arbejdsopgaver vil være:

Daglig planlægning af produktion samt deltagelse, udvikling og optimering af planlægningsprocessen

Kommunikere produktionsplan til produktionen for at sikre, at denne er forstået og bliver fulgt

Sikre at vores planlægningssystem er korrekt opsat

Løbende optimere et robust system, der hjælper os med at tage de rigtige beslutninger, hvis planen ændres på den korte horisont

Løse løbende ad hoc opgaver samt diverse større opgaver på tværs af fabrikken

For at være succesfuld i rollen forestiller vi os, at du har flest mulige af følgende kvalifikationer:

Relevant teknisk uddannelse eller erfaring inden for planlægning

Gode analytiske færdigheder

Kendskab til eller erfaring med SAP, Excel og/eller ROB-EX

Du kan begå dig på dansk og engelsk, både mundtligt og skriftligt, på professionelt niveau

Om afdelingen
Vores afdeling, Business Support, består af 50 specialiserede kollegaer, der arbejder tæt sammen på tværs af teams indenfor planlægning, træning, logistik, lager, indkøb, økonomi og vores Lean koordinator. Tilsammen er vi API M1 Business Support. Alt i alt støtter vi 6 afdelinger.Du vil blive en del af planlægningsteamet i Business Support. Vi er på nuværende tidspunkt 9 dedikerede kollegaer, der er ansvarlige for planlægningsprocesserne på tværs af fabrikken. Som team er vi fleksible, hjælpsomme og vi støtter hinanden på tværs af kompetencer. Vi kommer med forskellige baggrunde og erfaringer, der gør os stærkere som team. Din nærmeste kollega vil være vores US Planner, som vil sikre dig en god on-boarding og hjælpe dig i det daglige arbejde.Planlæggerteamet er et lille team og derfor er det vigtigt, at du er åben og ærlig, og at du trives i et muntert miljø, hvor vi får latter og arbejde til at gå hånd i hånd.
