The Scope of Your Role
We are looking for a Software Developer (C#/React) to join a dynamic team dedicated to redefining the financial technology landscape. Our ideal candidate is a tech enthusiast that is used to working with .NET technologies and React.

Your team
You'll be part of a collaborative team with four members in Denmark, and one in Norway. We are a team that enjoys challenges and likes to have fun while concurring them.

You will have plenty of opportunities for professional growth, working alongside specialists to enhance your technical skills and knowledge. We are working with both frontend, backend, and everything in between.

Your main tasks

  • The development of scalable and robust software solutions in a .NET ecosystem with a focus on C#
  • Deliver quality code, with high performance and reliability, through comprehensive testing and review processes
  • Create and maintain documentation for software design, code, and system configurations
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and adherence to best practices.
  • Be a part of cross-functional work to transform requirements into compelling features and services
  • Actively participate in team meetings, share knowledge, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Assist in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving software issues in areas where the team are the owners.

Skillset we imagine you have
We are looking for a software developer that likes to work on new projects, but also wants to use their creative abilities to enhance existing products. We expect you to have prior experience with SaaS platform development. You take pride in delivering software that helps our users become more efficient and grow their business. You are eager to learn and grow and possess a positive and proactive mindset.

Further, you can say yes to the following:

  • 2-4 or more years of experience with software development
  • Proficient in English
  • Enjoys collaborating in small groups
  • Preferably based in Denmark
  • Knowledge of and experience with, Programming .NET Framework/.NET Core, C#, SQL, React, and familiar with Git, HTML, CSS
  • Naturally, take on the responsibility to help build a plan and ensure timely delivery

The recruitment process
First, hit that apply button and let's kickstart your e-conomic journey

1. Initial screening

Have a chat with Hanne, our Talent Acquisition Partner, for about 30 min.

2. First interview

Meet Chris, our Manager for the BBT (Big Bank Theory) team. This interview will be around 60 min.

3. Second interview

Dive deeper into the technical aspects of the role with Chris and Kaveh, for around 90 min. There will also be a personality test feedback after the interview, together with Hanne and Chris, which will be around 30 min.

Prior to the interview you'll complete a personality test, and prepare for a case discussion.
