Leads Manager

Marketing
Overview
Experienced Leads Manager with a passion for privacy products - join our fast-growing tech company

About us:

Cookie Information provides a Consent Management Platform (CMP), used on websites worldwide. We are one of the fastest-growing Danish companies, doubling our customer base annually for several years.

In November 2023, Cookie Information began merging with Piwik PRO, a privacy-friendly analytics platform. With over 10,000 customers and an annual growth rate of 50% since 2018, we have grown to 230 employees globally, with offices in Denmark and Poland.

Our CMP division has had a record-breaking year with unprecedented growth in clients and revenue. The future is promising, with exciting developments from our partnership with Google, plans to enter new markets, and significant changes to our pricing model. As privacy concerns grow, marketers are keen to achieve compliance and adopt Consent Mode to build trust with their visitors.

About the role:

We are seeking a hands-on & results-driven Leads Manager to support our exciting journey of elevating our Consent Management Platform from the leading solution in Scandinavia to a recognized global player.

You will cooperate closely with one more person, handle inbound leads, and drive outbound initiatives for market expansion, research, and partnership growth. You will also optimize our semi-automated trialist flow to maximize conversion rates.

To be successful in this role you need to considerably influence the growth of our subscription revenue.

Job location:

This position can be remote (EU/UK), hybrid, or based in our offices in Copenhagen, Denmark, or Wroclaw, Poland.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead qualification calls with prospects (respond to "contact us" inquiries)..
  • Help trialists with converting to a paid subscription by talking to them.
  • Conduct targeted outbound initiatives. Those may be related to either market expansion, partnership development, or research.
  • Contribute to making our trial flow better: to boost conversion rates, reduce time-to-revenue, and minimize the need for manual intervention.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing, sales, product, and revenue operations teams.
  • You will manage a Sales Development Representative, who will support the work of the team.

A successful candidate will have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the software or tech industry.
  • Proven track record of growing revenue and acquiring new customers through both inbound and outbound sales initiatives.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Leadership skills with experience managing a small team.
  • Proficiency in streamlining and optimizing sales processes.
  • Experience working in CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
  • Bonus: Native Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian language skills.

Benefits and compensation:

  • The flexibility to work remotely from any country in the EU/UK or from our offices in Copenhagen or Wroclaw.
  • Health insurance and pension scheme.
  • Competitive leave policies.
  • A vibrant company culture with colleagues from around the world.
  • Regular events, Friday bars, and more.

Reports to:

This position reports to the Director of Marketing and is part of our Marketing department, which includes leads management, digital marketing, design, and web development.

Apply now and be a part of our exciting journey towards global recognition

Expected start: 1st of October, but if you will be available sooner we will be happy to welcome you onboard.
