You will join our agile Product & Process Management squad, characterised by a strong customer-centric mindset, a variety of exciting tasks, and a broad stakeholder management landscape. You will be empowered as a team member to help us meet our squad objectives and fulfill our shared vision.
What to expect
You will work in an environment where we take a proactive mindset seriously, giving you the opportunity to contribute effectively. Your daily work will involve translating business needs into clear objectives, questioning existing practices, providing domain knowledge to the development team, testing, facilitating workshops, analysing problems, managing projects, and much more. Together, we will reach our goals by balancing a strong delivery focus with having fun, ensuring you grow both personally and professionally.
You will work in a functional Agile squad, and your office will be in Postgrunden, Copenhagen. Product Owner Erik states: "Our vision is to deliver high-quality improvements related to Danske Bank home loan processes and product portfolio in Denmark, Sweden, and Finland for Personal Customers. Further, we provide expertise, ongoing support, and deliver on recurring tasks within core financing."

- Business Analyst experience in the financial sector
- Additionally, your ability to put customers first, collaborate with diverse people, explore new perspectives, and learn is essential.
- Experienced in gathering scope and requirements from various stakeholders and agreeing on solution and process design with relevant business stakeholders.
- A good analytical mindset, experience in driving tasks independently, and a detail-oriented approach.
- Experience in process transformations.
- You thrive in a dynamic environment and are comfortable with complexity.
- Danish proficiency, both spoken and written, is a prerequisite for this position.
