We are searching for a

Talent Attraction Partner.

This position is based at our friendly office in Warsaw, and you will join our Talent Attraction team. The team is in charge of all recruitment processes and bringing more great people to BEC. Currently, our team consists of 9 passionate experts, and right now we are looking for one more talented colleague to join us.

At BEC, we prefer to collaborate often in the office, but we also keep the opportunity to work remotely up to 8 days per month. Your direct manager will be Natalia Faccio.

Primary task and responsibilities:

  1. Work closely with hiring managers (from Poland and Denmark) and external vendors.
  2. Work on the full candidate lifecycle, from sourcing to contract negotiation (with great support from the team, if needed).
  3. Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring goals and expand recruiting strategies to effectively meet them.
  4. Act as a point of contact for external vendors and candidates and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
  5. Use sourcing strategies and market experience to attract and engage passive high-quality candidates.
  6. Proactively use advanced sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Facebook, GitHub, etc.).
  7. Review business needs and help leaders think holistically about talent solutions across the business.
  8. Gather data and draw simple analysis on recruitment processes.
  9. Work on continuous improvements in the recruiting process.
  10. Support external employer branding activities as well as in-office social events to attract new talent.

To succeed you will have:

  1. At least 2 years of experience in sourcing and recruitment.
  2. Advanced written and spoken communication skills in English.
  3. Strong interpersonal skills and analytical thinking.
  4. Motivation to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
  5. Proactiveness and a positive attitude.
  6. A “How can we do this better?” approach to everyday life and a “team first, ego last” working style.

It is nice to have:

  1. Understanding of the IT market (including knowledge of tools, programming languages, IT positions, etc.), its trends and opportunities.
  2. Experience in Polish labor market regulation.
  3. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
