The Tech department is a key player in making sure that our system landscape is future-proof to meet our long-term ambitions. As a Project Manager, you will work on some of our most exciting projects at GANNI. You will drive critical and strategic projects from a holistic perspective and you will be in between business and tech, making execution aligned with any project plan.

The Project Manager will lead and steer cross-functional project teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with the right quality. You will lead the project planning through the whole project lifecycle from scoping to implementation to hypercare. We believe you demonstrate leadership and end-to-end ownership in your projects, all the way from project kick-off to project celebration.

  • On a project basis, lead cross-functional project teams from both business departments, tech departments, and external vendors
  • Facilitate scoping workshops to define the project scope and deliverables
  • Lead the technical implementation and work closely with internal and external project teams
  • Drive change management and alignment on new business processes
  • Responsible for resource planning, budget planning, and overall project planning
  • Stakeholder management and information sharing
  • Responsible for all project administration (including meeting preparation, facilitation, and follow-up)

MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 5 years of experience working in Project Management for Business and Tech development projects
  • Experience in leading projects throughout the full project life cycle
  • Experience in business transformation projects (tech, processes, people)
  • Experience in the fashion industry and/or FMCG
  • Experience with projects like PLM, ERP
  • Have a strong ability to prioritise and provide clear directions
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage and communicate with senior business leaders
  • Thrive in a fast-moving and dynamic business environment where operations and business requirements might change fast
