s360 Digital UK (formerly Reload Digital) are looking for a Specialist, SEO with 1-2 years experience and a passion for all things eCommerce to join our growing team. As an independent agency, our London team of 30+ s360ers work closely together, and acts as a digital extension of our client's team for leading eCommerce and D2C brands such as Wrangler, Emma Bridgewater, New Era and Philip Kingsley. In this role you will be working in a dynamic team environment, collaborating with clients and bringing best-practice SEO strategy and execution.

The Role
We're looking for a Specialist, SEO who is ready to drive impact for clients, is action-orientated and solutions-focused. To give you an idea on who you'll spend your time each month, the role is made up of four key pillars:

• Hands-on execution of Technical & UX Audits, On-Page and Off-Page Strategies. Experience in our current toolset, SEMRush, Screaming Frog as well as Google's webmaster suite including Page Speed Insights & Schema Mark-up testing tool is ideal.
• Our client mix are also Shopify-heavy therefore an understanding of the SEO limitations/opportunities of this platform would be advantageous.
• Full ownership of delivery for 4-5 core clients.
• Developing SEO strategies alongside the Client Strategy Manager & Director + Head of SEO.

• Full ownership on s360 UK clients.
• Fully understanding clients' goals, customer and business.
• Defining SEO deliverables based on client's goals & budgets.
• Involved in client workshops to uncover nuances and inform SEO strategy.
• Spotting growth opportunities to expand channels.

• Creation of Google Looker Studio reports to pull in GSC and GA4 data to monitor performance.
• Monthly reporting insights.
• Quarterly deep-dives to analyse past performance and re-set.
• Frequent client comms and meetings to present insights.

• Actively staying up to date on the latest industry trends, opportunities and developments with use of PD budget.
• Thorough onboarding and ongoing training through the s360 Knowledge Hub and interactive sessions.
