I Bravida Danmarks økonomiafdeling står vi over for en spændende udviklingsrejse. Vores nye økonomidirektør, Charlotte Skjold Pedersen, er i gang med at transformere økonomifunktionen for bedre at kunne understøtte virksomhedens vækst og strategiske mål.

Som dygtig og erfaren FP&A Manager bliver dit ansvar, i samarbejde med vores solide team, at styrke vores nyligt etablerede Business Finance afdeling i Bravida Danmark. I denne rolle vil du spille en central rolle i virksomhedens finansielle planlægning og analyse, med særligt fokus på projektøkonomi. Du vil være ansvarlig for at udvikle og optimere finansielle modeller for vores projekter, udarbejde budgetter og forecasts samt analysere projekterne og virksomhedens overordnede performance for at identificere risici og muligheder.

Som FP&A Manager vil du rapportere til vores Finance Director og indgå i et central finansteam der understøtter de enkelte business controllere.

Du vil have din base i Brøndby, men der kan forekomme mindre rejseaktivitet til Bravidas øvrige lokationer i Danmark.

Dine arbejdsopgaver vil blandt andet omfatte:

  • Analyse af virksomhedens og projekternes finansielle resultater, herunder varians analyse, for at identificere afvigelser fra budgetter og forecasts samt sikre opnåelsen af fastsatte mål.
  • Udvikling og vedligeholdelse af komplekse finansielle modeller til brug i projektstyring og strategiske beslutningsprocesser.
  • Udarbejdelse af rapporter og præsentationer til ledelsen, projektledere, og andre interessenter med forslag til udvikling af KPI-rapportering og datavisualisering.
  • Overvågning af virksomhedens likviditet og cash flow med fokus på projektfremdrift, betalingsstrømme og nøgle-KPI'er.
  • Deltagelse i ad hoc analyser og projekter, herunder due diligence ved potentielle opkøb og evaluering af nye projekter.
  • Foreslå og eventuelt udvikle nye værktøjer til dataanalyse og rapportering, herunder muligheden for at implementere Power BI.

Kvalifikationer:

  • Uddannelse inden for finans, økonomi, regnskab eller lignende (Cand.merc., HD, eller tilsvarende).
  • Minimum 3-5 års erfaring inden for FP&A, økonomisk analyse, konsulent eller lignende stilling, gerne i en projektorienteret virksomhed.
  • Stærke analytiske evner og erfaring med finansiel modellering af projekter samt dataanalyse.
  • Dygtig bruger af Excel og erfaring med ERP-systemer samt interesse for at introducere BI-værktøjer som Power BI.
  • Gode kommunikative evner og evnen til at formidle komplekse finansielle data og forslag til forbedringer til både finansielle og ikke-finansielle interessenter.
  • Detaljeorienteret med en struktureret tilgang til arbejde.
  • Proaktiv, selvstændig og i stand til at arbejde under pres i et dynamisk og projektorienteret miljø.
