Your responsibilities:
- As a Swapper your job is to drive around by van, car or bike delivering bikes to our customers and helping them repair their bike on-site;
- Providing excellent service to our customers;
- Perform preventive maintenance on Swapfiets bikes;
- Perform easy on-site repairs of Swapfiets bikes;
- Drive basket value by offering additional products that are desired by our members;
Your profile:
- In possession of a driver's license (for a minimum period of 6 months);
- Available to work 37 hours per week on weekdays, with occasional availability on Saturdays;
- Understand and speak English and Danish;
- Affinity with bikes and service;
- You are comfortable working from our warehouse situated in Brøndby;
- Whether working independently or as part of a team, you always work successfully
