Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled HR IT Data Analyst with expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and a strong background in documenting requirements for API integrations. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing HR data, ensuring data integrity, and facilitating seamless integrations within our HR systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with HR, Business and IT teams to understand business requirements for data analysis and integration needs.
  • Utilize expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central to extract, analyze, and interpret HR data effectively.
  • Document detailed requirements for API integrations to ensure smooth data exchange between different systems.
  • Develop and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards to provide insights into HR metrics and trends.
  • Perform data quality assessments and implement corrective measures to maintain data integrity.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies related to HR data management and analytics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and associated data structures.
  • Demonstrated expertise in documenting requirements for API integrations in the HR IT domain.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools.
