The cluster Northern European Countries (NEC) gathers Benelux and the Nordic Countries; a very dynamic and diverse zone selling gas and services to industrial customers (food, …). The Product Management team includes teammates in the Nordic countries, UK, and Benelux. Your primary focus will be the Nordic countries.
At Air Liquide, Product Management is one of the most important departments, connecting markets and operations to drive profitable growth in Industrial Merchant activities while facing significant evolutions in our way of working (Energy transition, Digital transformation).
Presentation of the Team:
The NEC Product Management team includes 10 members whose diversity & engagement make a very dynamic team, sharing best practices within the UK, Benelux, or the Nordic countries to improve product revenues and profitability.
You will report to the Nordic Product Manager based in Copenhagen covering the 4 Nordic countries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Profitability analysis:
As a Product Analyst, you will be asked to analyze our Profit and Loss (P&L) per product range, explain trends and make concrete suggestions to improve our profit ratios. - Optimize the Packages Gases (PG) Product Portfolio:
In parallel to profitability analysis, the Product Analyst will be responsible for optimizing the Product Portfolio: By using internal tools developed by AL Group, the product analyst will drive the rationalization to the next level by optimizing the number of references in our PG catalog. - Competitive Intelligence:
You will also have the responsibility to gather, analyze and use information collected on competitors and other market factors to help Air Liquide understand its competitive environment and the opportunities and challenges it presents. - Support Product Manager:
Finally, the Product Analyst is expected to help the Product Manager on an ad-hoc basis with strategic projects bringing value to the whole organization.

Candidate Education:
- Engineering background (Operation/Supply Chain/Business/Data modelization).
- GMAT > 650.
Mindset:

- English is mandatory.
- French will be considered an asset.

Position based in Hvidøvre, Denmark for an initial period of 12 months, extendable once.
