Account Manager, Public Sector

The position is critical for the GOV&NPO team business as it involves important customers for growth such as central/local government, public corporations, R&D institutions, GovTech companies, etc. The person will play a key role in cultivating post CSAP low-tier certificate engagement. The ideal candidate will have Sales and Account Management experience, combined with analytical abilities and strong technical skills. Furthermore, experience in Training business as well as business development for public institutions is a plus.
Key Job Responsibilities
As an Account Manager, you will have the exciting opportunity to help drive the growth and shape the future of an emerging technology. Your responsibilities will include driving service adoption, usage growth, and market penetration in the Korean public sector. The ideal candidate will possess both account management and technical background that enables you to engage at the CXO level as well as with software developers and IT architects. You should also be a self-starter prepared to develop and execute against a territory coverage plan, acquire and develop new accounts, and consistently deliver on quarterly business goals in public sector customers – central government, local government, public corporations, national R&D institutes, etc.

About the Team
The GOV&NPO Team is in charge of central government, local government, public corporations, national R&D institutes, etc. The training business is also important for government sector customers due to CSAP regulation.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of full sales cycle, technology sales, or equivalent business development, sales engineering/consulting or equivalent experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- Experience in engineering, computer science, or MIS
- Experience driving new business in greenfield accounts at the C-suite level or equivalent
