Are you interested in supporting our engineering delivery leads/competency leads hire the right external workforce? Bring your solid experience and knowledge within vendor management and finance and come join an outstanding and newly established team in our data office team
Please note this role has no relocation budget and the successful candidate will be based in our campus in Billund, Denmark. The role is a contract from Jan 2025 to Jan 2026.
Core Responsibilities- Support Competence Leads/Engineering Delivery Heads/Product Teams in hiring of externals.
- Support onboarding & offboarding of external workforce including IT asset management.
- Conduct product team specific vendor performance tracking and reporting.
- Create vendor contracts renewal, Purchase Orders creation, goods receipt in a timely and customer-focused manner.
- Understand and create financial overview such as TCO per product team.
In collaboration with Data Office product teams, management teams as well as our finance and procurement partners, you help ensure we are managing our budgets, costs, vendors and external workforce.
Do you have what it takes?
- Some years of experience in budgeting and finance follow up with exposure to vendor management.
- Good collaborator and communicator on all levels.
- Structured and detail-oriented while keeping the overview.
- Experience handling Total Cost of Ownership for product teams.
- Experience in IT / technical procurement.
- Experience with being an indirect leader and working agile with product teams.
