Position OverviewWe are seeking a talented and motivated Business Intelligence Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Business Intelligence Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust BI solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across our global organization. You will work closely with stakeholders from various departments to understand business requirements, design efficient data models, and develop insightful dashboards and reports.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines and ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into our business intelligence environment.
- Build and maintain robust data models and data structures to support reporting, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives.
- Optimize BI solutions for performance and usability, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for BI applications and data-related issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and hands-on experience in data modeling techniques specifically within the Microsoft Azure environment.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
- Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address data quality issues, discrepancies, or gaps.
- Understanding of business processes and requirements across different functional areas.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional team environment.
- Ability to create clear and concise documentation for BI solutions, reports, and dashboards.
- You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
