”Som Department Manager er det min vigtigste opgave at få mine sælgere til at skabe glade og tilfredse kunder. Det gør jeg ved konstant at motivere og træne dem i det solide salgshåndværk. På den måde skaber vi kunder, der stoler på, at de får det rigtige produkt med hjem, ” siger Department Manager, Nicolai Gram Andersen.

Uanset om vores kunder henvender sig vedrørende køb, rådgivning eller reklamation, forlader de altid vores butikker med en god oplevelse og et smil på læben. Vi får mange forskellige typer af mennesker ind ad døren, og de skal alle mødes med den samme åbenhed og respekt.
Som Department Manager bliver du en del af ledergruppen i varehuset. Sammen har I det overordnede ansvar for at drive Danmarks bedste varehus.
Motiverede, glade sælgere skaber gode salg
Vi har 4 produktkategorier: hvidevarer, mobil, computer og TV, og som Department Manager - Sales får du ansvaret for salget af alle de varer, der hører til din kategori. Til din rådighed har du rutinerede sælgere, der er klar på at vejlede og give kunderne en service over al forventning.
Din primære opgave er at sørge for, at dine medarbejdere er motiverede og klar til dagens salg. Du lægger salgsbudgetter for hver sælger og laver løbende salgsopfølgning på deres resultater. Størstedelen af din tid tilbringer du ude på butiksgulvet, hvorfra du kan vejlede dine medarbejdere og hjælpe til med serviceringen af kunder. På den måde er du altid i kontakt med, hvad der sker i butikken. Derudover kommer du til at:
- træne både nye og erfarne medarbejdere
- lægge vagtplan
- lave lagertælling, varebestilling og opfyldning i butikken.
Læg strategier, der kører vores kampagner hjem
Har du et godt hoved for salgsstrategi, så er denne stilling en fantastisk mulighed. Du kommer nemlig til at spille en central rolle i udformningen af varehusets salgskampagner.
”I forbindelse med en kampagne træner du dine medarbejdere til, hvordan de skal sælge tilbudsvarerne. Du får også mulighed for at supplere med ekstra varer fra dit lager, og du får derigennem en kæmpe mulighed for at sætte dit præg på kampagnen og lave nogle rigtig fede deals, ” siger varehuschef Kim Linneberg.

Samtidig har vi stor tiltro til vores ansatte, og du får frihed til at træffe dine egne beslutninger og sætte dit eget præg på dit varehus. Derudover er det en fordel, hvis du har kendskab til vores produktkategorier, såsom hvidevarer, mobiltelefoner, computere eller TV.
