Som People Operations Partner bliver du en nøglefigur i vores People & Culture-team bestående af 4 medarbejdere, hvor din viden og dedikation er med til at sikre, at vores HR-processer fungerer med høj effektivitet og i fuld overensstemmelse med gældende lovgivning og overenskomster. Du vil ligeledes få en stor rolle i at flytte organisationen mod en mere datadrevet tilgang.

Hos Beritech bliver du en del af en dynamisk virksomhed, der leverer procesudstyr og projektløsninger til fødevare- og farmaceutiske industrier og er blandt de førende i branchen.

Vi arbejder tæt sammen med vores kunder gennem hele værdikæden – fra indledende rådgivning og design til konstruktion, produktion, on-site installation og service - og beskæftiger over 700 dygtige ansatte på tværs af 6 lokationer.

Din rolle
Vi søger en engageret og detaljeorienteret person, der brænder for at arbejde med HR-data og trives med det ansvar, der følger med at sikre, at vores HR-arbejde er nøjagtigt og velorganiseret. Du vil referere til vores People & Culture Director og får ansvar for en række operationelle HR-opgaver, hvor præcision og struktur spiller en vigtig rolle. Du vil sørge for, at vores HR-masterdata er opdaterede og pålidelige, og at vores processer inden for personaleområdet overholder både interne krav og eksterne standarder. Din indsats vil være essentiel for, at organisationen kan fokusere på vækst og strategisk udvikling.

I rollen som People Operations Partner vil du:

  • validere og analysere HR Masterdata for at understøtte forretningskritiske beslutninger.
  • sikre overholdelse af overenskomster og gældende lovgivning.
  • håndtere personalejuridiske forhold både nationalt og internationalt.
  • udvikle og vedligeholde interne uddannelser, herunder onboarding-programmer og kompetenceoverblik for både funktionærer og timelønnede.
  • sikre overholdelse og løbende udvikling af diverse processer, herunder ferie, sygdom og barsel.
  • vedligeholde personalehåndbog, skabeloner og politikker.

Vi leder efter dig, som:

  • har en relevant uddannelsesbaggrund, f.eks. en Cand.mag., Cand.merc., Master i HR eller lignende.
  • har minimum 3-5 års erfaring med HR operations.
  • har solid erfaring med personalejura og industriens overenskomster samt samarbejde med Dansk Industri.
  • er struktureret, vedholdende og har en naturlig sans for detaljer.
  • har erfaring med internationale organisationer. Dette er ikke et krav, men en fordel.

Løn og ansættelsesforhold
Stillingen er på 37 timer ugentligt, og der gives løn efter kvalifikationer. Dit primære arbejdssted bliver på vores hovedkvarter på Kystvejen i Nørresundby.
