Driving the Development of Quality Management Systems

As a Quality Management Specialist, you will lead quality activities across the organisation. Your primary responsibility is to ensure our Quality Management System (QMS) complies with ISO 9001, AQAP (Allied Quality Assurance Publications), and other relevant standards. You will work in a cross-functional manner across the organisation to ensure our processes align with industry best practices and drive continuous improvements.

Your primary tasks will be:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain a QMS aligned with ISO 9001 and AQAP governance models and standards.
  • Ensure that all processes, procedures, and documentation comply with regulatory, AQAP, and customer requirements.
  • Lead and manage certification processes, including compliance with ISO 9001, AQAP, and related standards.
  • Conduct internal and external audits to assess and improve overall quality and compliance with AQAP standards.
  • Drive quality improvement projects and initiatives based on ISO 9001, AQAP principles, and methodologies.
  • Manage KPI systems and report on key quality metrics to stakeholders.
  • Identify training needs and organize relevant sessions to enhance quality awareness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to integrate AQAP-aligned quality initiatives seamlessly into daily operations.
Proactive and Hands-On Approach

We are looking for a Quality Management Specialist who can balance long-term quality strategy development with hands-on activities in daily operations. You should have experience with QMS, ISO 9001, AQAP, and driving quality actions in a project-driven organisation.

  • An engineering degree in mechanical, electrical, production, or a related field.
  • Professional experience with ISO 9001, AQAP standards, and other quality management frameworks.
  • Implement long-term quality strategy
  • Hands-on experience with certification, compliance processes, and internal/external auditing.
  • Excellent communication skills in Danish and English both written and verbally
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to push quality agendas forward internally.
  • Detailed-oriented, structured, analytical, and committed to continuous improvement
  • Ability to communicate in an engaging and effective manner across all levels, including senior management and technical staff.
  • Knowledge of configuration management standards and general PLM/ERP systems is an advantage.
