Uanset hvad din betegnelse er i dag, kommer du i team med vores mest erfarne Microsoft specialister, hvor du kommer til at arbejde med bl.a. klassisk Microsoft infrastruktur, Microsoft Azure og Microsoft 365.

Som en del af et professionelt IT-team bidrager du til at levere IT-løsninger og -services af højeste kvalitet, som en del af drifts- og projekt-teamet. Hos it’s IT bliver du en del af en privatejet virksomhed, hvor ejerkredsen bl.a. består af fire kulturbærende medejere, der alle deltager aktivt i fællesskabet.

Som ITS’er befinder du dig i en flad organisationsstruktur , hvor kulturen og værdierne er gennemgribende i hele virksomheden – også i ledergruppen. Du kommer til at arbejde med et bredt kundesegment, som omfavner mange forskellige, anerkendte og velrenommerede virksomheder fra alle brancher. it’s IT s kunder har typisk alt fra 25 til 300+ brugere, der befinder sig i afdelinger spredt over hele verden. Der er en høj kundeanciennitet hos it’s IT, og virksomheden sætter en ære i at deres samarbejde med kunderne bl.a. bygger på tillid, nærvær og gode relationer.

For at få succes i jobbet tager du ansvar og ejerskab over dine arbejdsopgaver, og du formår at bidrage til fællesskabet, ligesom du omgår dine kollegaer med tillid og nærvær. Du har formentligt en relevant IT-uddannelse, som datatekniker, datamatiker, IT-supporter eller lignende.

Du har derudover minimum 8 års erfaring fra en lignende stilling, hvor du har opnået bred erfaring med IT-drift og systemadministration.

Det kan være, at du:

  • Har erfaring med design, implementering og drift af løsninger indenfor Microsoft cloud-, såvel som klassisk Microsoft IT-infrastruktur.
  • Er generalist, men har eventuelt fundet dit eget speciale indenfor cloud løsninger, IT- og cybersikkerhed, klassisk server-infrastruktur eller lignende.
  • Har erfaring med design af IT-løsninger og rådgivning af kunder, f.eks. i forbindelse med implementering og problemløsning.

Som person motiveres du af at levere gode IT-løsninger af høj kvalitet, og du formår at holde fokus, bevare dit overblik samt følge dine arbejdsopgaver til dørs. Du arbejder selvstændigt, men har samtidig en god forståelse for vigtigheden af godt teamwork, og du kommunikerer og samarbejder på tværs af alle niveauer i organisationen.
