What you’ll do

  • Assist in managing and updating data related to leases, capex, and opex.
  • Collaborate with Asset Managers and Property Managers to ensure data inputs are accurate and complete.
  • Help drive the quality and accountability of our leasing statistics and reports.
  • Monitor and analyze portfolio activities, including move-ins and move-outs, to support the portfolio management team.
  • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, such as managing emails, phone calls, and maintaining organized records.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives for better data management and lease operations.

What you’ll bring

  • Currently pursuing a relevant degree (e.g., Real Estate, Business, Finance, or Information Systems).
  • A keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Comfortable in an international setting, interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Your communication skills as a Danish native speaker. Fluency in English is a plus.
  • A proactive self-starter who works well independently but also thrives in a collaborative environment.
