As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented junior consultant to join our dynamic team and help us create impactful and meaningful results for our customers.

Our mission is to strengthen operational foundations by improving planning, streamlining data collection, enhancing performance management, building competencies, and optimizing processes for efficient production and resource management. By integrating Lean and Six Sigma methodologies with digital solutions, we drive continuous improvement, eliminate waste, and empower strong and effective leadership.

You will work with complex improvement projects alongside more experienced colleagues.

You probably have a background as an engineer or a corresponding degree – and preferably you have knowledge or experience within the pharmaceutical industry. You are either newly graduated or have a few years of professional experience.
