The Opportunity:

We are currently looking for a Liquid Handling Technician to join Avantor/VWR in Denmark, to join our Service Technician Team. The Liquid Handling Technician exercises calibrations, maintenance, and repairs of Liquid Handling instruments. These activities will take place at the workshop at Avantor/VWR or at the customer site. Avantor/VWR provides a thorough introduction and training program that supports you in a quick and effective start to the job.

What we are looking for:

• It is an advantage if you are 'handy' and have experience with servicing technical equipment or are familiar with the laboratory industry.
• Very good level of Danish and English languages.
• Knowledge of MS Office.

How you will thrive and create an impact:

• You will calibrate Liquid Handling instruments according to the agreements made with the client, considering the quality and satisfaction within the business unit and on location with the client.
• Preventive Maintenance of Liquid Handling instruments will also be part of your job responsibilities.
• Simple repair of Liquid Handling instruments if needed.
• Make sure that the work is fulfilled according to the agreement with the customer and promised lead time.
• Ensure that customer documentation is handled correctly in line with the ISO17025 demands.
• For in-house calibration, you will arrange pick-up and delivery of customer/client instruments due to agreement.
• You will also provide responses to the messages sent to the pipette calibration mailbox or telephone. Participate and help in customer training and exhibitions.
