Who we are looking for
Do you want to be a part of building Topsoe’s risk management function from scratch and define how financial and enterprise risk management are to be conducted for a complex business?

With business around the world and multiple production facilities, Topsoe is exposed to a range of risks within FX, energy, and metal price movements. This summer we started building a risk management team with the responsibility of measuring and managing the price risk exposures to secure the stable cash flow needed to support the company transformation into a world leader in de-carbonization.

We are currently one risk analyst and are looking for more hands – and more brainpower – to establish the risk management function. We are building up a consolidated financial risk management setup from scratch, and you will be part of the journey from the very start and play an integral role. Your responsibilities and tasks will range from exploring the business and gathering data to form overviews of activities and exposures, defining how these risks should be managed by writing risk policies and setting mandates, creating a risk report for senior management, and providing support and advice to the business on risk-related topics.

What you will bring
You hold a master’s degree within Economics or Business Administration e.g. Cand. Merc, Cand. Oecon, Graduate diploma in accounting or something similar. It will be a benefit if you have a couple of years’ experience within risk management, but most important to us is that you:

• Are curious by nature and have a desire to explore a complex business in detail.
• Have a pioneer spirit, love to build new, and are not afraid to fail.
• Are self-driven and can drive a process through a structured approach.
