About the role
The Engineering Management department is an inclusive team of around 60 colleagues with different expertise areas, nationalities, and years of experience. Engineering Management is responsible for the overall technical integrity of the project, meaning a solid engineering foundation is essential, and interact with the whole project organization. Our goal is to lead and coordinate the project team in the same direction ensuring NNE delivers the best solutions in the best way, and as our new Engineering Manager, you will be key to achieve this.

How you might spend your days
As an Engineering Manager at NNE, you'll be working with a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team managing the engineering of our projects. You'll be teamed up with an experienced colleague and join our onboarding and buddy/mentor program to ensure a great start.
Your tasks may include:
- Facilitation of review and design workshops
- Change/scope management
- Cross-disciplinary alignment
- Documentation, vendor contracts and handover activities
- User requirements and validation activities
- Specifying engineering activities, technical standards and guidelines

- Engineering degree or similar technical background and 5-10 years of relevant working experience
- Experience with project execution, preferably combined with theoretical training
- You are fluent in English (spoken and written) and familiar with Danish working culture
