Are you passionate about marketing, technology, and online advertising? Are you looking to grow your career in a dynamic, international environment? We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Barcelona and support the Danish market.
Role Overview
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will support Danish businesses by acting as a trusted advisor for their online advertising strategies. You will play a key role in identifying opportunities for growth and helping clients improve performance through targeted digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult Danish clients on their digital advertising campaigns
- Manage a pipeline of business prospects and work towards individual sales targets
- Collaborate with the wider sales team to grow the customer base across EMEA
- Stay up to date on industry trends and campaign performance metrics
- C1 level or higher in Danish
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in digital advertising or PPC (preferred)
- Experience in outbound or B2B sales is a plus
- Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Interest in online marketing and a willingness to learn
- April or later, depending on your availability
- Full-time position (39 hours/week), Monday to Friday
- Permanent contract
- Competitive salary: €24,310 gross/year (based on experience)
- Sales bonus: Up to €3,000 gross/year
- Hybrid work model (Barcelona-based)
- Relocation support: Flight ticket, one-month accommodation, and assistance with private health insurance
- Paid training in social media advertising and sales techniques
