Position Overview:
Reporting to the Global Director of Supply Chain and Operations, the main responsibilities include creating and analyzing demand and supply requirements for EMEA region, managing inventory plans to support the organization's financial strategies, purchasing of goods and services, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring stock levels are maintained while achieving the contract specific requirements.

- Ensure the appropriate level of stock is available at the right time in the EMEA warehouse as per forecasted need
- Ensure timely placement of purchase orders and deliveries
- Ensure timely receipt of placed POs through working closely with vendors.
- Analysis and implementation of transition plans dictated by e.g. formula, packaging, regulatory etc. changes
- Ensure correct Master data is always reflected in ERP: SKU details: formula, artwork version, BOM, pricing
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse and take appropriate action to ensure that all products are in stock at all times at the targeted stock level. This includes decisions on purchase orders to place, quantity and timing of receipts vis-a-vis openstock and promotional needs.
- Create purchase orders and complete the order management process including maintaining a proper relationship with our vendors.
- Establish and track production planning schedule along with Contract Manufacturer's customer service teams.
- Work with Global Supply Chain, EU Sales and the assembly coordinator to ensure all goods will be available in time for different assembly needs (e.g. promotional offers).
- Attend production planning meetings and assist in production management.
- Monitor component pipelines with vendors, to ensure timely delivery of components to support production schedule.
- Verify data accuracy (part numbers, BOMs, costs, etc) in ERP and MRP system, report problems to relevant focal points (e.g. Master Data, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance and Product Development teams).
- Review and assist in preparation of specifications for procurement through competitive RFx for a variety of materials and services.
- Assist with price/cost analysis by maintaining procurement/pricing records, and product/supplier pricing history and provide cost breakdown for service contracts.
- Coordinating the goods receipts from different locations into our ERP systems, clear up any discrepancies in relation to this, and handle any specific inventory movements that may be needed.
- Assist with the month-end and year-end closing activities (inventory reconciliation, goods receipts/inventory receipts, stock counts etc.).
- Track inbound and outgoing shipments, investigate discrepancies, troubleshoot where needed, and take appropriate action.
- Assure availability and keep proper documentation in house or at third party (proof of delivery, export/import documents, etc.), and provide/support as needed in coordination of incoming and outgoing shipments
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Education and Experience:
- Have a relevant degree, at bachelor or equivalent level and six (5) years of professional experience working in Supply Chain
- Three (3) years of experience working with MRP and Order Handling
- High proficient in Excel required
- Working experience in Microsoft Business central and Power BI
- Proven ability to prioritize and simultaneously manage multiple projects to completion
- Demonstrated superior analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written English.
- Flexibility in working with multiple time zones – US and Australia
Bonus Points:
- Min. 5 years' experience
- Previous international supply planning experience with international vendors and colleagues
- Previous experience in the hair/personal care and/or consumer products industry will be a plus
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
