Qualifications and Experience

To succeed in this position, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical science, science, engineering, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in laboratory/line management, project management, or another informal leadership role.
  • Solid knowledge of GMP, production processes, and/or quality control/microbiological analysis.
  • A proven track record of strong management skills and achieving ambitious goals.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • The ability to make independent decisions and navigate complex technical and people management areas.
  • Fluency in Danish and English.
Team Management

You will be responsible for leading a team of 13 people, including laboratory technicians and operators, and ensuring their well-being and good performance.

Your tasks will include:

  • Developing the Team: Develop and grow the team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to improve team performance.
  • Managing Resources: Manage resources effectively, optimizing processes and workflows to ensure best performance and lead time according to customer agreements.
