About the Project:
  • This 12-month freelance contract requires expertise in automation systems, GMP compliance, and project execution within regulated environments.
  • You will oversee automation projects, including SCADA, DCS, MES, and PI data historian systems.
  • Manage project scope, budget, schedules, and risk mitigation.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead validation, qualification, and compliance efforts following GMP, GAMP 5, S88, and ISA-95 standards.
  • Collaborate with SMEs, engineers, and IT teams to develop and implement technical solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement in automation processes and system performance.

Your Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in automation project management within pharma/biotech.
  • Expertise in Emerson DeltaV, Siemens PCS7, Rockwell, ABB, MES, and PI systems.
  • Strong knowledge of GMP, GAMP, S88, S95, CSV, and validation processes.
  • A proven track record of delivering large-scale automation projects.
  • Ability to work independently as a freelancer/contractor.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
